International Platforms Ltd becomes the Distributor of Fronteq Aerial Work Platforms in the UK & Ireland
International Platforms Ltd are delighted to announce that we have been appointed the official distributor of Fronteq Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) across the United Kingdom and Ireland, a significant milestone as we continue to expand our offering of high‑quality, future‑focused access solutions.
Fronteq, owned by global lifting specialist Eurocranes, is an ambitious and growing manufacturer with a comprehensive AWP product line, including:
- Electric Scissor Lifts
- Rough Terrain Scissor Lifts
- Articulating Boom Lifts
- Telescopic Boom Lifts
- Vertical Mast Lifts and Booms
- Crawler/Tracked Aerial Platforms
As part of the initial rollout, International Platforms began by importing Fronteq’s electric scissor lift range 6-12m (anti-crush devices available), with additional models from across the portfolio to follow shortly including tracked scissors, mast lifts and mast booms.
Following a visit to Fronteq’s manufacturing facility in China, our leadership team met the engineers, production specialists, and senior management driving the brand forward. The visit reinforced our confidence in the build quality, innovation and long‑term vision behind the Fronteq range. As the AWP market continues to bloom, we believe these machines will prove a wise and valuable choice for rental companies, contractors, and end users alike.
Customers have the opportunity to see the new Fronteq equipment first‑hand at International Platforms’ dedicated display and test area in Doncaster, with an open day in the coming months. Plus with several demonstration units available for testing in on site locations, customers can see for themselves the quality and versatility of the machines available.
