As women in construction week comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to recognise the brilliant women we have the privilege of working with at International Platforms, Vicki Allen, Jade Allen & Natasha Kirkham 👷‍♀️🏗️

Construction is often seen as a male-dominated industry, which makes it even more special to be part of a business with nearly an all-women team. Every day I get to work alongside strong, capable, and hardworking women who help keep projects moving and the business growing.

Women across construction are proving that this industry is full of opportunities, and it’s great to see more women stepping into roles across site, operations and leadership.

Here’s to celebrating the women already making their mark and encouraging the next generation to do the same. 💪
